Carrier issues and delays are quite common. Some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” but are still in the process of delivering packages, likely within the next two business days.
If after two days your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier and you still have not located your package, please contact your carrier to file a missing package claim. Click “Track Package” in your shipping order confirmation email to find the carrier for your package.
