Before to initiate your return:
- Please make sure that you have only worn the items to try them on and that you return the items complete and in their original condition, intact and without damage. In addition, all tags and labels should still be attached to the item. We reserve the right to claim compensation for any loss in value due to improper handling of the item.
You can easily & quickly register your return online:
go to your account, then click on "order and returns", choose your order and click on "initiate return", select which item you want to return and click "continue". You'll be able to choose to return the item for a refund or for an exchange.
After this, access the Evri Parcel Returns website, and provide your details. Select a return method between 3 choices:
- Parcel shop drop off (print at home or in one of the 1100 local stores).
- Locker drop off ( you need a printer).
- Pick-up service.
We strongly recommend you to choose the drop off option. Although EVRI offers the pick-up service on its website, Savage X Fenty is not responsible for arranging the pick-up appointment.
