You can return items within 60 days from the shipping date. All returned items must be new, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags still attached.

Returning an item from the Netherland
- Go to your account
- Click on "Orders and Returns"
- Select your order and click on "Initiate Return"
- Choose the item(s) you want to return and click "Continue"
- Select whether you want a refund or an exchange
After this:
- Access the Bleckmann return portal
- Enter your details and click "Submit"
- Select PostNL as the courier and click "Continue"
- Download and print your return label (you will also receive a copy via email)
Finally:
- Drop off your parcel at the nearest PostNL point
Returning an item from Sweden
- Log into your account
- Go to "Orders and Returns"
- Select your order and click on "Initiate Return"
- Choose the item(s) and continue
After this:
- Access the DHL return portal
- Fill in your details and confirm
- Download and print your DHL return label
Finally:
- Drop off your parcel at the nearest DHL point
Returning an item from Denmark
- Go to your account
- Click on "Orders and Returns"
- Select your order and click on "Initiate Return"
- Choose the item(s) and proceed
After this:
- Access the DHL return portal
- Enter your details and submit your request
- Generate and print your DHL return label
Finally:
- Drop off your parcel at the nearest DHL point
