We would like to address a few myths about our Savage X Rewards Membership that you may have seen online.
Myth #1 – You Have to Buy Something Every Month
There is never an obligation to buy as a Savage X Rewards Member! Period.
Myth #2 – You have to be charged every month
The Savage X Rewards Membership is flexible. Each month, you have the freedom to unlock more rewards for £59.95 or Skip the Month between the 1st and 5th to avoid being charged on the 6th. To Skip the Month, all you need to do is log in to your account and click ‘Skip this Month’ between the 1st and 5th of each month, and you won’t be charged. You can skip as many times as you like. Even if you decide to skip a month, you can come back and shop whenever you like and get special discounted pricing as a Savage X Rewards Member.
Myth #3 – You’re locked into a subscription that’s hard to get out of
Cancelling your Membership is easy. Should you decide to cancel your Savage X Rewards Membership, simply reach out to our Member Services Team Mon–Sun 9 AM–6 PM by phone (020 3936 1112) or via Live Chat. You can continue to enjoy shopping with Savage X Fenty, even if you cancel.
Myth #4 – Member Credits have no value
Shopping with Member Credits gives you the greatest value possible. Each month, your £59.95 billing unlocks even more rewards and includes 2 Member Credits. Redeem your 2 Member Credits for an item or set valued up to £90. Any unused Member Credits expire after 12 months from the date on which they are credited to your Rewards Member account.
Myth #5 – If you skip a month, you’ll lose all your rewards
Rewards Members have 24/7 access to their exclusive rewards, even if they skip a month. Rewards Members always get up to 20% off full-price styles, exclusive sales and offers, free delivery on orders of £59.95 or more, a yearly birthday surprise, shopping cash off bonuses 4 times a year and so much more!
Myth #6 – You can't shop if you're not a member
You can shop as a guest without joining the Savage X Rewards Membership Programme. Just click ‘Guest Add to Bag’ as you add items to your bag.
