As soon as we receive the product back in our warehouse from our delivery partners, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days from the time your return was received at our warehouse, please reach out to our Member Services Team Mon–Sun 9 AM–6 PM by phone (020 3936 1112) or via Live Chat. Once your return has been processed by our warehouse, you will receive an email regarding your refund. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to be reflected on your account.
