Why didn't I receive a confirmation email for my refund?

VIP members receive a confirmation email once a refund has been processed, including any store credit. Check the email linked to your SavageX account and your spam folder. You can also check your refund status under Orders & Returns in your account. If you still don't see it, contact our Customer Service team.
