Lingerie is personal—you deserve to shop with confidence. We want to make sure that you love your Savage X experience from the time you shop to the moment you receive your items (and get to look and feel like the Baddie that you are). That’s why all our items come with our 30-Day Fit Guarantee (and 90-days for Xtra VIPs): If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return or request for an exchange for free in the U.S. within 30 days (or 90 days for Xtra VIPs) from the original date of shipment.

Exchanges are subject to size and style availability. Any item to be returned or exchanged must be in new, unused and resalable condition, with original tags attached. Any return or exchange should be sent back in the original, undamaged box and packaging, plus any accessories or extras that may have been included with the shipment. Please note, all sale item purchases are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Our monthly Xtra VIP Membership program fee is nonrefundable and there are no refunds for partially used credits.

International Orders Serviced by Borderfree

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international order, please call (855) SAVAGEX or 1-855-728-2439 if you are calling from outside the U.S. (international calling features must be enabled by your service provider and charges may apply). We will provide instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount to be refunded. Refunds will be credited to you by our partner, Borderfree, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling and other applicable costs.
